The Program Financial Analyst will be r esponsible for all budget activities within NRO Division. Develop descriptive detail briefings to defend program funding requirements. Prepare total program budget exhibits for presentation. Build, maintain, track, and update spend plans and execution spreadsheets for funding actions using required systems(i.e. Budget Execution Requirement Tool (BERT), Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS), Request for Contract Action (RCA) web app and Portfolio Management (PfM) Database).Responsible for the management of the finance employees involved in program management and analysis. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees. Directs, implements, and administers formal aspects of program in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations. Responsible for the development of program-related financial data.Requirements Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Finance or related position and 8 to ten years of related background and management background.
